Lumera Solutions LLP ("Lumera") values your privacy.

Lumera provides a clinical practice management platform used by registered doctors and allied health professionals in India. On behalf of each doctor (our "Customer"), we send appointment confirmations, reminders, prescription documents, payment links and post-consult feedback prompts, and receive patient replies over the WhatsApp Business Platform operated by Meta Platforms, Inc.

We collect personal information such as name, contact details, appointment history, and payment records to provide scheduling, reminders, and communication services. Message content sent or received via WhatsApp is stored encrypted for up to 90 days for audit purposes and can be deleted earlier on request.

• Data is stored securely and used only for service delivery.
• We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except for trusted integrations (WhatsApp Business API, Razorpay, Google Calendar).
• Lumera does not sell WhatsApp message content or contact data to any third party. WhatsApp is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.
• You may contact us at ravee@lumer.me for privacy queries, or request deletion of your data via our self-service page at /data-deletion. Deletion requests are honoured within 30 days.
• This policy is governed by Indian law, Pune jurisdiction.

By using Lumera, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information during registration.
• Use the service only for lawful purposes.
• Accept that Lumera is a facilitator of communication and scheduling, not a medical or professional service provider.
• Acknowledge that liability for advice, prescriptions, or services rests solely with the registered professional.

Doctors connecting a WhatsApp Business Account via Lumera additionally agree to Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and WhatsApp Business Terms of Service. Lumera Solutions LLP acts as a Service Provider under the doctor's WhatsApp Business Account and does not resell WhatsApp messaging capacity.

Refunds and cancellations are subject to the Payment Disclaimer below.

These Terms are governed by Indian law, Pune jurisdiction.

Lumera does not provide medical advice.

All medical information, prescriptions, and communication are the responsibility of the registered professional.

Patients should consult licensed professionals for medical decisions.

Payments are processed via Razorpay. Lumera does not store sensitive payment details.

• Refunds are available within 7 days if an appointment is cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.
• Cash payments marked as "collected" are recorded for tracking but not processed by Lumera.
• Refunds and cancellations are managed directly by the professional or clinic.

Communication occurs via the WhatsApp Business Platform operated by Meta Platforms, Inc.

Patients will see the professional's verified WhatsApp Business number when Lumera delivers appointment confirmations, reminders, prescription PDFs, payment links, and feedback requests on the doctor's behalf. Patient consent for WhatsApp communication is captured at appointment-booking time and can be withdrawn at any time by replying STOP.

Lumera Solutions LLP is not responsible for delivery issues, message-template rejections, rate limits, or delays caused by WhatsApp / Meta. WhatsApp is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.

To request deletion of your WhatsApp message history with a Lumera-onboarded doctor, visit /data-deletion or email ravee@lumer.me.

We use encryption and secure storage to protect data.

While best efforts are made, no system is 100% secure.

Users should report suspicious activity immediately to ravee@lumer.me.

Lumera uses cookies for session management, personalization, and analytics.

We also use Google Analytics to improve user experience.

Users can opt out of cookies via browser settings.

Lumera Solutions LLP is a medium for communication and scheduling.

We are not liable for missed appointments, miscommunication, or errors in medical or service delivery.

Responsibility lies solely with the professional.
